Nursery Manager
Having joined us in February 2025, Lela is a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager with over nine years of expertise in managing diverse nursery settings. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, education, and professional development, Lela plays a key role in fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners.

She holds a Level 3 qualification and is Early Years Teacher Qualified, ensuring exceptional leadership in early childhood education. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Lela is passionate about child safety and well-being, making sure every child thrives in a secure and supportive setting.
Barbara Watts
Deputy Manager
Barbara brings a wealth of hands-on experience and has progressed from Room Leader to her current role supporting Lela, as Deputy Manager. She also leads our Ducks Room, ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment for the children.
Barbara is Level 3 qualified and serves as one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads, demonstrating her commitment to both high-quality care and safety.
